My Story

My name is Braeden Tyma (Bray-din Tee-muh) and I love creating photos. Growing up around old cars and old things, I can’t help but love old stuff! Paired with my love for photography, you get TymaPhoto. For the last 12 or so years, I’ve had a camera in my hand at car shows. I’ve been lucky to meet so many incredible people and have been given incredible opportunities to shoot cars for Car Kulture Deluxe and Ol Skool Rodz magazines, for six figure builds heading to Mecum and Barrett-Jackson, for builders and hot rod shops to market themselves. I know that sounds fancy, but I stay true to my roots and am affordable for the local guy building in his garage, too. Above all, I just want to take great, honest, and clean photos, and have fun.

Naturally, photographing cars evolved into photographing pinups and models. Photographing people is a big responsibility. Although it varies with different models and clients, you have someone’s self-image in your hands. Pinup photography evolved into boudoir photography. With both pinup and boudoir, there’s no better feeling than helping people either gain confidence, see themselves in a new light, accept themselves, and sometimes all of the above!

I am fortunate to have a circle of friends with cars and sometimes locations that they’re willing to lend to photoshoots. Without the homies, there is no TymaPhoto.

Thank you!
